As political violence rises and efforts to politicize law enforcement grow, principled leadership matters. The Trust & Legitimacy Project exists to defend the rule of law, strengthen public trust and promote constitutional accountability and public safety free from political interference and extremism.Our members believe that law enforcement leaders have both the credibility and the responsibility to speak clearly when these principles are threatened.
